Nina Bolowich

Nina is a UNC-CH alumna with a B.A. in International Studies. She has lived in Durham and Chapel Hill since 1985 when Highway 54 was the main two-lane road to Raleigh.  She met her husband, UNC Men’s Soccer Head Coach Elmar Bolowich, while working at NCNB (now Bank of America) and they have raised their two children in both the private and public schools in Chapel Hill. She has been and still is an active volunteer in the schools and has been the lead administrator for the Carolina Soccer Camp for boys at UNC since 1990. Her off-the-field duties included marketing, communications, event planning, office management, bookkeeping, and staff supervision all of which make her a pro at the many facets and details of real estate. Nina is qualified as a Buyer’s Agent as well as a Listing Agent. Former buyer clients are amazed at how Nina can get around just about anywhere in Chapel Hill and Durham without needing a map. Nina also has built a list full of local service providers ready to help you in your real estate transaction whether it is a home inspector, water specialist, landscaper, or a mortgage lender.
