Deborrah Gruder

Unlike most who live in the Triangle, Deborrah remembers when RDU was a one building airport, when prestigious North Raleigh was wooded land, rooted deep in red soil, that land owners found hard to give away, and when Millbrook Road was a small residential village situated far away from downtown Raleigh, or so it seemed -- she recalls all of this because -- she was born and reared in Raleigh.

After living most of her adult life in New York City, she returned to Raleigh in the late 1980s. Upon the completion of her own search and discovery for a new home, Deborrah’s involvement in the Triangle community flourished as a result of having children in traditional and year-round schools, along with affiliations to numerous clubs and organizations. Her roots in this community provide an awareness of the area that would be beneficial to anyone who is juggling the uncharted territory of finding that new PERFECT home.

Deborrah’s coordinating skills and personal experience of renovating and managing her own properties in both NYC and Raleigh provide needed insight and relief during the overwhelming task of preparing and selling a home that has, for so many years, fit as comfortablely as your favorite old pair of slippers. Her knowledge and experience in home renovation, organizational skills and keen sense to detail, will benefit any client in making a seamless transition from old to new.
