For sellers that don't want to work with a Realtor, Tess offers the MDTLS (the My Dog Tess Listing Service); a true for sale by owner database with the look and feel of the Multiple Listing Service.

If My Dog Tess helps you buy a home and she earns a commission from the listing Realtor, she'll give you cash back at closing - 1% of the sale price.
